Diamonds in the Ruff saves at-risk dogs & cats from the high kill shelters.   DITR provides each animal a new beginning and finds them safe and suitable forever homes through adoption, advocacy and education. DITR Animal Rescue is in the process of becoming a non-profit 501c3, tax deductible organization.
